Helen Kirkpatrick

Helen graduated from the RVC in 2018 and after a few years providing 24 hour cover for multiple species, focused her interest in Emergency Work. She studied for and passed her CertAVP in ECC with Liverpool in 2017 and then went on to study for the CertAVP in Internal Medicine, due to be completed in 2019.

Working in North London in a busy 24/7 hospital catering for over 30 practices, Helen has developed relationships with the referring veterinary surgeons at the forefront whilst providing a gold standard customer service for the patients’ owners too.

Her main interests are trauma cases allowing a global systems approach but she is very keen on all cases requiring ICU care due to her background in a busy ER in first opinion and loves working with a big support team with high level anaesthesia and nursing.
