Anna Jones

Anna graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2013 with a strong interest in small animal surgery.

She worked at a first opinion practice in Stoke-on-Trent for two years before returning to the University of Liverpool to complete a small animal rotating internship. During this time she enrolled onto the Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice.

She returned to first opinion practice following the internship and continued to expand her surgical case load. She moved to Springfield Vets in 2017 and passed the RCVS Small Animal Surgery synoptic examination in April 2018. She is working towards Advanced Practitioner status.

Anna currently works alongside two Advanced Practitioners in Small Animal Surgery and is particularly interested in surgical oncology and the management of BOAS as well as building her orthopaedic case load.
